Remembrance

As we enter November, students start to consider what remembrance means to them and the rest of the world. Using the 'Tommy' silhouette as the basis of our installation, we have covered the tree in poppies made from recycling plastic bottles. Students from year 9 and upcycling club made the majority of the work, and year 10 art students are responding to the work by producing portraits of the fallen as part of their coursework.
