On Monday 1st November the IBCP had guest speaker Mr Reuben Mbindu a retired career banker and Founder of Finance and Sense Limited, a company helping individuals and companies make sense of their finances. Before his retirement from active employment, he was the Executive Director, Equity Group Foundation. He previously served as the Group HR Director at Equity Group for seven years.
One of the units the IBCP class is doing this term is Human Resources. Mr Mbindu's presentation was on Recruitment and Selection Process and its impact on business performance.
